Looking for a special holiday gift? You’re in luck, because it’s time for the annual 5th Grade Amaryllis Sale! Support the 5th grade moving up activities by purchasing an amaryllis plant. The plants have been carefully potted and decorated by our 5th grade students.
Purchase a plant from the PTA online store here and pick it up from CHB at 3pm-4pm on December 20th and 21st. Deadline to order: 12/19.
The PTA Cookie Banquet is an annual tradition that has been on hold for a few years, but we’re excited to bring it back. How does it work? Sign up to make or buy 3 dozen cookies. Drop the cookies off on Dec 23 (directions at thelink).
On that Friday, teachers and staff will be able to fill a box with their favorite cookies, grab a cup of coffee, and enjoy the holiday cheer. We also need volunteers to set up and clean up. Click here to sign up for a cookie slot. It’s a really special event that our staff looks forward to every year, and we can’t pull it off without your help.
CHB Holiday Giving- An Annual Tradition
There are still many gift slots that are unfulfilled. Please use this link to sign up for items that have been specifically requested by families and teachers. Drop off instructions are at the link.
Holiday giving for our amazing CHB staff and non-classroom teachers:
This year we are using Hip Chip to collect funds, rather than cash, for the people who do so much for our kids every day. It’s entirely optional and easy to contribute- all of the directions are at the link. Deadline is December 16. Thank you to all who have given so far!
Message from the Bullock PTA After-School Enrichment (ASE) Committee
This is a reminder that the Fall session of ASE ends this week. The PTA ASE Committee thanks all instructors and students for a great session!
While our Fall ASE is coming to a close, our Winter ASE is just gearing up. We will hold a 10-week after-school enrichment (ASE) program this winter at Bullock for children in all grades. Families can register their children for classes (which meet weekly, right at the end of the school day) on topics such as theater, sports, robotics, dance, and more! You can view the course list here.
ASE will run from January 23rd through March 28th (once a week on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from 3:25 to 4:25 PM, on days when school is in session for a full day, with make-up classes held during the week of April 10th).
Registration opens on Friday, January 6th at 8:00 PM via the online platform Homeroom and runs through Tuesday, January 10th at 11:59 PM. If you do not already have a Homeroom account, you can register here: https://www.homeroom.com/. This session we are offering 18 classes per week (6 classes per day) and classes will fill up quickly!
Full financial aid for one class per student is available for anyone who needs it. Please email Lauren Gutierrez at lgutierrez@montclair.k12.nj.us for more information. Please contact chbenrichment@gmail.com with any questions. Si habla español y necesita ayuda para registrarse, comuníquese con chbenrichment@gmail.com.
