Exciting News! MARK YOUR CALENDAR and BUY YOUR TICKETS: The MHS PTA will hold our first-ever Casino Night at the Montclair Art Museum on Friday, February 16th, 7-11 pm. This adults-only fundraiser promises to be an event not to be missed. Join us for delicious food and drinks, a DJ and dancing, while you roll the dice with lady luck. Early Bird Tickets are on sale now here.
Note that there are two ticket levels – you can purchase your own ticket, but you can also SPONSOR a ticket to cover the cost of a MHS teacher/staff member attending. Teachers and staff will be able to attend at no-cost to them.
All funds raised will support MHS beautification projects, the Montclair Scholarship Fund, and the PTA. Please email info@mhs-pta.org if you’d like to assist in the planning, as we will need many volunteers to make this night a success!
Our next General PTA meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 23rd at 7 pm via Zoom. We’ll have guest speakers from the Montclair Scholarship Fund sharing more about their scholarship opportunities, and Ms. Williams will be speaking about an new student travel opportunity in Italy. Be there to stay up to date and share your input!

********************************************************************************** Carrying on Dr. King’s legacy…
As we take some family time this weekend to pause and reflect on Dr. King’s words in difficult times, we hope you take a moment to read and share with your students this record of his visit to Montclair High School in 1966. We hope that his legacy, and our part in it are not lost, but will continue to be carried on by current and future MHS generations:
