We want to give totally tubular thanks to the Mang & Soto families for hosting a rad Parents’ Party this weekend. It was a night so good, it could’ve been on MTV.

A reminder our last PTA meeting will be Monday, June 2 at 6:30 in the Northeast Library. Please make every effort to attend as we’ll use some of our time to vote on next year’s PTA Board.

Sign up this Tuesday, May 20 for our first annual Global Fun Run fundraiser. We have a goal of raising $10,000 for student enrichment like field trips, assemblies, scholarships, and more. Other key dates:

• 6/3: Kickoff day. Students begin Castle Quest, a fun character-building journey with daily fundraising challenges.
• 6/13: Fun Run event. Baked into Northeast’s Field Day — every child participates.
