• Shop & donate to Northeast! Sign up here for Shop To Give, an easy way to support Northeast just by shopping as you normally do. It takes < 3 minutes to sign up and then you can automatically donate when you shop at over 25,000 local and national participating merchants.

• Donate clothing to Nurse Christie. Nurse Christie is always looking for parents to donate clothing for her to loan to kids when they need a spare set. If you’re able to help, please sign up here. Clothing can be sent in with your kids.
• Celebrate with a book! The PTA is proud to partner with Watchung Booksellers to gift a book to every Northeast student during their birthday month. If your child has a birthday this month, email their name, homeroom teacher, and grade to northeastPTAmontclair@gmail.com. We’ll respond with a gift certificate and details on how to get your book.
• Hop on the Bike Bus every Friday. Bike Bus is a weekly group bike ride to all the Montclair elementary schools. Bike Bus happens Friday mornings and aims to make it joyful, fun, and safe to bike to school together. Just like taking the regular bus, Northeast families ride on this route and schedule and “hop on” along the way. To learn more, join the WhatsApp group and visit MontclairBikeBus.org.

Northeast’s annual school dance will be on Friday, January 10. The event is free and open to all Northeast students; just note the different event times for grades K-2 & 3-5. Pizza & snacks will be served!

You should have received an email from your Class Parents about holiday gift donations to teachers. Donations are due tomorrow, December 16. If you didn’t receive an email or have any questions, please get in touch with your Class Parents directly or email the PTA.
