PTA/District Calendar: Upcoming Events
- April 21: No school, Eid al-Fitr holiday
- April 30: District STEM Fair, Edgemont Park, 3pm-5pm: RSVP here
- May 1-May 5: Teacher Appreciation Week!
- May 10: PTA Meeting via Zoom
- May 20: CHB Eco Fair at 1pm
Calling all book lovers!
The Scholastic Book Fair is the week of June 6 and we need your help to make it another big success! If you’d like to help organize the fair and take on a more supportive role, please consider joining the Book Fair Committee.
We are hoping for 6-10 volunteers. We’ll meet once the week of May 8 and then all hands will be on deck in different important jobs right before and during the fair. Some examples:
- Advertising the fair by hanging posters or writing info letters; creating social media posts
- Fair set-up the Friday before
- Managing sales/restocking
- Man the fair on shop days
- Closing out/cleaning up
Volunteer for committees here and learn about our initiatives and purchase spirit wear on our website.
