Lots of great info to share in this newsletter.
We need several volunteers for our annual pancake breakfast fundraiser on October 30. CHB has a tradition of dads cooking breakfast for the community one Saturday in October, but this year we are opening it up to everyone. Bring on the cooks! We have a Covid-safe plan that includes eating outside. We also have a plan for rain. But we are keeping our fingers crossed it won’t rain. Lastly keep an eye out for a pre-order form to make things run smoothly.

You can also fill out our PTA interest form. Don’t worry if you are not a committee person — in this case we use that term to create interest groups. And we welcome new ideas.
Just an FYI: If you joined the PTA last year, you need to rejoin again this year. 
MEMBER HUB
CHB PTA MemberHub is an online tool available to all PTAs and provided to us as a part of our charter. We use MemberHub to send our newsletter, house our PTA store, and our school directory.
To get full usage of these tools, you’ll need to join the Member Hub site.
You can sign up right here.
After you join, be sure you find your grade level hub and your teacher. See picture below.

SEPAC News
The SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) liaisons are looking forward to being a helpful resource for your child and for your family’s needs this year. If you have any questions regarding your child’s experience at our school or in the district, please contact either Jada or Jill so they can provide you resources and contacts to help get your questions answered. The first General Meeting open to all SEPAC members and featuring introductions of the Pupil Services Leadership Team is this Thursday, October 7 at 7pm via Zoom.
