CHB PTA Newsletter 9/28/2022

September 27, 2022 : Back to School Night was amazing- it was great to be back in the school. A few of you asked about new spirit wear- we’ll be getting some smaller sizes in, just in time for the Pancake Breakfast!****

Thank you so much to the amazing team of volunteers who plan and run After School Enrichment. As of this writing there are a few spots left.

You may have heard that a Community Investment Bond Referendum will be on the ballot on November 8. Read more about it here, including CHB’s share of the funds. Town Halls will take place on 9/29 at MHS and 10/13 at Glenfield MS. Note: the district has not shared Zoom info at this time.

****Speaking of the Pancake Breakfast on October 15: we are looking for someone to lead the event on the day of (set-up, directing volunteers, managing pre-and walk-up orders)– ideally someone who has volunteered at the event in the past. CHB parent Paul Alders has volunteered to assist with all of the preparations and to show you the ropes in advance. Email Paul by this Saturday if you are available.
