Healthy Bodies Healthy Minds Family CrossFit class – Saturday 12/18 1:30pm
The Nishuane community has an opportunity for a Family CrossFit session at Bridge Athletics this weekend. It will be a 1.5 hour fun and engaging class. The cost is $15 per person. You can bring the money with you to give directly to Bridge Athletics. Since it is in their studio there are limited spots due to capacity – 24 slots are available that can fit in the facility.
