December 3, 2022 | News from the STEAM Room!
This week in STEAM class, we made Bouncy Glue with visiting scientist, Barb Feguson.
Students learned about three common types of matter: solids, liquids, and gases. Then we made bouncy glue, which has properties of both solids and liquids. Materials like bouncy glue, slime, “oobleck,” and ketchup are called non-Newtonian fluids.
We had lots of icky fun! Click Here for the directions if you would like to try it at home.
